After reaching out to multiple bounce houses companies, Bluff City got back the quickest (some didn’t even respond) and the most professional. Even when I forgot to fully order, I got a reminder text that saved my butt after forgetting, and booked right away. Will use them again for ease of ordering. And I’ll note that I’ve used a few different places before and they gave a confirmation call which was nice, as others have not.

Bluff City Parries and Events went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations! They came and set everything up and even brought a gift for the birthday girl! And when they found out I had lost a close family member the day before when they came back the next day to pick the bounce house up they had brought me flowers a little gift and the sweetest card! I will ONLY use them for my party rentals from now on! That just shows how much they care and that is GREAT BUSINESS! And they will always have mine!

I got a water slide for my birthday back in july and they found me one super last minute (the night before the party). It was a super fair price and a whole lot of fun! They were great with communication. They even left me a cute little birthday gift how sweet :) highly recommend!!

Bluff City did an outstanding job with the delivery, setup and take down. The price was reasonable compared to other. I highly recommend them. I was in need of other items that they didn't carry but they directed me to the right companies. It was like a one shop place.

Bluff City Parties exceeded our expectations in every way. They were always quick to respond, arrived exactly when they said they would, and had the kindest staff. The bounce house was the cleanest I’ve nearly ever seen, and our preschoolers loved it! The team took great care in installing and removing it, and our yard stayed in perfect shape. We’d highly recommend them to anyone! We wish them tons of success :)

Bluff City Events was wonderful to work with for our event rental this weekend! They made everything so easy for us, and my son had a blast celebrating with their waterslide. Highly recommend!

Bluff City was a pleasure to work with - we had some specific requests and they were very accommodating. The crew arrived promptly for set-up and take-down, and were very friendly. The special touch of adding a birthday card & small toy for my son was incredibly appreciated and a nice surprise. It's been since the beginning of June and my son STILL talks about the 'awesome bounce house'. Thank you!

The representative at Bluff City parties was very helpful in providing us with the right inflatable for our event. Delivery and pickup were quick and easy and everyone was so friendly! Will definitely use BCP for all our future events.

The easy of booking and great customer service made my experience great. I was able to book through text and email. They were in constant communication. They were running late with delivery and more than made up for it by offering an extra day with the water slide. Everyone was so nice.

The company is very informative on what selections on the bounce house. The kids enjoyed themselves. I think the employess were very kind and did a great job on set up and safety rules.

Kids had so much fun! I really appreciated how they let me decide in the day of if I still wanna go ahead or cancel because of the weather forecast but I was glad I went and go ahead no rain at all! ❤️❤️❤️❤️Will rent again for sure! Thank you Bluff city Fun!

They were incredibly nice people, quick, efficient, and accommodating. I cancelled due to the weather forecast and they still made it happen when the rain cleared and the party could go on. The rental was clean and exactly what was pictured on the website.

On my son's birthday we were rained out and didn't get a chance to have a party, I contacted Mrs.Garner and she extremely understanding, flexible and accommodating! These people were so incredibly friendly and easy to work with. The prices are reasonable and fair. The lady that helped me order and schedule the moon bounce and ring toss for our party was so nice. Jay delivered to us and was helpful in explaining the safety and handling of the equipment. They even have all sorts of games available. The ring toss was a big hit at my sons 9th birthday party. I will be order with them again and would certainly recommend their services to anyone.

I loved everything about them. My son had the time of his life and I do plan on using them again in the future. They’re very responsive and very organized with their work and customer service.
