Delivery, Set Up & Pick Up

  • Our Staff will determine Delivery and Pick up times based on the most efficient route for our employees as well as customers. The last available delivery time is Noon. The last available Pickup Time is 5:00pm. Give us a call to discuss other options, if necessary. Additional fees may be assessed for late setup and pickup or specific time setup and pickup.

  • Standard delivery, setup, and pickup starts at $40.00 and is based on distance.

  • Standard delivery is located within 20 miles of warehouse location. Standard setup is considered an area within 75ft of sufficient electrical and water supply for a maximum of three products.

  • We require a 6ft wide entry clearance with a clear level pathway for delivery and setup. If you do not have a 6ft wide entry clearance with a clear level pathway and want us to deliver your rental, we will not be responsible for any damages. If you do not want us to delivery your rental; your deposit and delivery fee will be forfeited. We value safety for our employees as well as our customers. We do not delivery to locations with more than one step or steep hills to protect our employees from serious injury or harm.

  • An extension to an overnight rental may be an option, check with staff to determine if the option is available for your event. If an overnight rental is chosen, there will be a minimum fee of 50.00 paid in full at time of request and approval for overnight rental status.

  • A $100.00 Park Service fee will be added to all orders for any park event. Please confirm an electrical source for the area or pavilion reserved.

    A $150.00 Specific Time Delivery Fee will be added to all orders requesting specific times for delivery and or pickup. This fee does not include after hours fee for deliveries or pickups after 5pm.

  • Delivery and Setup are not included in rental prices. If you are requesting several pieces of equipment, please call for details and price quotes. Prices may vary based on your needs and requirements. We can deliver to most locations within or near our servicing areas. Don't hesitate to call, we want to work with you.

  • Setup Pricing is based on units and equipment and does not include supplies, special delivery or pickup, parks, staff or any additional non-equipment charges.

  • There may be a delivery fee for Games and Add-Ons when not rented with an Inflatable Bouncer, Slide, or Combo.

  • Delivery And Pickup Schedules Will Be Determined By Staff 24 To 48 hours Prior To Your Event Date For The Most Efficient Route. Your Event Will Be Set Up On Time. Our Staff Will Contact You By Email Or Phone To Confirm Delivery And Pickup. Residential Delivery Times Will Be Scheduled Between 8:00AM and NOON. If same day pickup is required, last pick up is 6:00PM and is subject to availability of an open pickup slot. An Adult Must Be Present For Delivery And Setup.

  • If your area is not listed below and a reservation is made, a staff member will confirm you delivery address and add the additional fees for delivery and/or setup. At the time of the follow up call from staff, you have the option to cancel your reservation without penalty due to change in delivery cost. After 24hours, normal cancellation policy will be applied.
